About Maison Rei

Maison Rei is a curated matcha house founded by two sisters, dedicated to sharing some of Japan’s finest matcha with a wider audience.

We work with producers who cultivate tea with deep care and precision. Each harvest is selected for its character, balance, and vibrant energy, reflecting the skill of the farmers and tea masters behind it.

Our journey begins in Uji, a region long associated with the craft of exceptional matcha. From there, we will explore other tea landscapes across Japan, revealing the distinct expressions each origin brings.

Alongside this exploration of craft and origin, we approache tea through a contemporary lens - where ritual, taste, and design meet through a considered aesthetic.
