This matcha contains 50 to 75mg of caffeine per cup. (2 to 3g matcha powder)
Matcha is made from green tea leaves, which naturally contain caffeine. Because matcha uses the entire green tea leaf ground into a fine powder, the caffeine present in the leaf is fully consumed, rather than infused and discarded as with brewed tea.
How to Use & Care for Your Bamboo Whisk
Before use
Gently soften the whisk by placing the prongs in a bowl of warm water for a few seconds. This helps the bamboo open and become flexible.
After use
Rinse the whisk with water to remove any residue. Do not use soap. Then, allow the whisk to air dry completely.
